Dr. Michel Gagner is a non-participant of the Régime d’Assurance Maladie. Thus, fees for his services will not be reimbursed by RAMQ, as dictated by the Loi sur l’Assurance Maladie (L.R.Q. c. A-29).

Patients requiring complex surgeries, such as revisions and surgeries with particular complications, have been able to obtain approval from provincial insurance plans to cover the entire operating fee.
